Terms of use

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Thank you for using MaturaScore. The terms below govern your use of the platform and the services offered by MaturaScore.

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the MaturaScore platform, operated by MaturaScore. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Account and access

Access to certain features requires creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to notify us without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use MaturaScore in good faith and for legitimate purposes. The following are prohibited: attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, reverse engineering, and any use that infringes the rights of third parties or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, maturity models, brand and code remain the exclusive property of MaturaScore. The diagnostics and reports you generate from your own data belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process them in order to deliver the service.

5. Diagnostics and reports

Maturity scores are computed deterministically and provided for indicative purposes. Artificial intelligence assists in drafting findings and recommendations, but every delivered report is validated by an advisor. MaturaScore does not constitute binding professional, legal or financial advice.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid access is billed according to the chosen plan. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; no card number is stored on our servers. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from your account, effective at the end of the current period.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MaturaScore shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid during the previous twelve months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service or the legal framework. Any material change will be communicated to you. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
